- - - - - - The Hon'ble High Court, in its order under reference cited, has directed the Registry to call for a report from the Principal District Munisif, Nagercoil as to the petitioner applied copy of 'B' Diary. However, till date the same has not been given to him. He would also submit that the proceedings of the present case has also not been updated in the wepsite. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition?

As directed, you namely the Principal District Munisif, Nagercoil is hereby required to submit your report as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 16/4/2021 as the matter stands posted on 19/04/2021.
