It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.280 of 2015 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin referring the case as mistake of fact on 30.10.2015 and that RC notice has also been served to the petitioner.
