Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDA RAJ A, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.19250/2021, dated 06.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
