ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India pointed out that C.C.No.25 of 2015 is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy against the petitioner herein. Therefore, the petitioner has to move the said criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad.

2. The Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to move the said criminal Court. As and when such an application seeking permission is filed, the learned Magistrate shall dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks, thereafter. No costs.
