ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 294(b), 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.69 of 2020, on the of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of job racketing. The petitioner along with A-1 have allegedly promised to provide a job at Iraq and further alleging that they have been running a travels at Keelavalavu and they collected a sum of Rs.1,42,000/- from the de-facto complainant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5105 of 2020 on three occasions. Thereafter, the petitioner neither secured job nor refund the money.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State would submit that this petitioner along with A-1 received the money and gave a fake visa to the de-facto complainant. 5.Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
