ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the second accused, in Crime No.202 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 506(ii) of I.P.C @ 397 I.P.C which is now pending in S.C.No.17 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Sub-Court, Paramakudi, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A-2 in S.C.No.17 of 2013 pending before the Learned Additional Sub-Court, Paramakudi and nonbailable warrant was against the petitioner for his absence on 07.11.2016 and is pending.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was already enlarged on bail in this case and due to unfortunate circumstances, the petitioner could not appear on 07.11.2016 and N.B.W was ordered against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the fact that non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner for his absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Additional Sub-

Court, Paramakudi and to file a petition for recalling the warrant within a week from the date on which the order copy made ready and the learned Judge, is directed to consider the same on the same day and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
