ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to quash First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2021 of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, after concluding investigation in Crime No.1 of 2021, has made ready a final report and the same would be filed before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudur.
