ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue non-traceable certificate for the original sale deed No.1034/1987 dated 12.10.1987 on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 17.12.2021 and 19.03.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent for missing of the original sale deed bearing Document No.1034 of 1987 dated 12.10.1987 on 19.03.2022. He also made paper publication with regard to the missing of original sale deed as early as on 31.10.2021.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue non-traceable certificate to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5943 of 2022 petitioner after ensuring that the sale deed has not been deposited for any purpose, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
