2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government counsel informs this Court that the petitioners' request cannot be complied with, since it has been classified as Cart Track. The learned Government counsel submitted that a formal proceeding rejecting the petitioner's request will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
