Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-police, on instructions, submits that the respondent-police registered the case against the petitioners under Sections 189(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 in Crime No.355 of 2024 and the offences are bailable in nature.
3. Mr.M.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Court may give liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as nonmaintainable with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate, if so he decides or is advised.
