O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying this Court to give a direction to the first respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.168 of 2014, before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that enquiry is almost over and delay was due to some reasons beyond the control of the respondents/Police.

4.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) that the respondents-Police seek only one week time to file the final report, this Court is inclined to pass the following Order:

The first respondent/Police is directed to file a final report in Crime No.168 of 2014 before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is also directed to see that the charge-sheet is taken on file by the jurisdictional Magistrate without any delay.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
