This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently without any case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Mr.R.Radhakrishnan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, D3, Koodalpudur Police Station is present. On instructions, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that a case in Crime No.269 of 2014 is pending investigation by the 2nd respondent, for which, this petitioner is required for enquiry.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. It is made clear that this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
