KISHORE RAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madras High Court, Madras and file a memo to that effect.
