O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking a speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.140 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Periyakulam, within a specified time.

2.No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court intend to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents.

3.The defendants in the suit has filed this revision. The suit is for declaration and permanent injunction. The suit is pending, even though the pleadings were completed as early as on 2011 itself. The trial had commenced in June 2012. P.W.1 having got in to the witness box. From June 2012, till today the plaintiffs' side witness is not completed, no doubt, there were several I.As filed for re-open and recall the witness. 4.The complaint of the revision petitioner is that despite the trial had commenced, which normally should go on day to day basis, it has been adjourned from month to month without any reason. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for direction from this Court for a speedy disposal of the suit. Though, this Court is not able to visualise the difficulties faced by the trial Court Judge, considering the length of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time taken for trial, this Court directs the District Munsif to dispose of the suit on merit and in accordance with law on or before 31st August 2015. The parties are directed to co-operate with the trial. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
