The petitioners, who are the plaintiffs in the suit have filed I.A.No.53 of 2014 seeking an order of injunction restraining the first respondent from interfering with the petitioners 2 to 4 right to function as Executive Committee Members of the Madurai Tamil Sangam till the disposal of the suit.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.
3.A caveat petition was filed in the said I.A. Subsequently, several interlocutory applications were filed for impleadment, for amendment etc. Hence, till today, I.A.No.53 of 2014 was not disposed of by the Principal District Court, Madurai.

4.The petitioner herein has filed the revision seeking a limited prayer for a direction to dispose of the I.A.No.53 of 2014 in O.S.No.99 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai. 5.Considering the limited prayer for which the learned counsel for the fourth respondent also has got no objection, this Court directs the Principal District Court, Madurai to dispose of the I.A.No.53 of 2014 in O.S.No.99 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30th April 2015. Without seeking further extension of time. The parties are directed to co-operate for the speedy disposal of the I.A within the given time frame.
With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
