It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.12 of 2013 within a period as stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.12 of 2013, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel in the year 2013 itself.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
