PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.1722 of 2021 in CRL OP(MD)No.1832 of 2021: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1832 of 2021 dated 10/02/2021 before this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1722 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1832 of 2021, dated 01.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2757 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date. However, investigation in this case is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1722 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1832 of 2021, dated 01.03.2021 is modified to the extend that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month until further orders.

5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
