O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the first respondent to provide police protection for raising the compound wall comprised in Survey No.787A/2 admeasuring an extent of 8 cents, is Solavandhan Town, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District in the light of judgment and decree made in O.S.No.78 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, Madurai.

2. On 24.03.2022, the petitioner filed the petition before the respondent police for providing police protection for construction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5945 of 2022 compound wall with regard to the suit property concerned in O.S.No.78 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Vadipatti. The petitioner seeking relief of permanent injunction and the above said Court had granted permanent injunction in favour of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is kept pending for taking necessary action.

4. The petitioner has given a representation to the fourth respondent on 17.03.2022. In view of the same, the fourth respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2022, after giving notice to both the parties and take necessary action.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
