ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Benazir Begum, wife of the petitioner and minor son Nabil aged 4 years.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Karaiyur Police Station has produced the detenu and they have been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
