RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.597 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2 of 2021 dated 08/02/2021 before this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.BANUMATHY.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.597 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2 of 2021, dated 08.02.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been prepared and to be filed shortly before the concerned Court.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first and third Monday till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter appear before the committal Court on all hearing dates without fail.
