ORDER
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.1025 of 2023 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the VI Additional District Court, Madurai.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that the suit in O.S.No.1025 of 2023 sought to be transferred in the present transfer petition after full trial, was disposed of vide judgment and decree dated 06.04.2026 by the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai and he has also produced the copy of the judgment.

3. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
