O R D E R

This revision is filed against the order passed in E.A.No.62 of 2013 in E.P.No.24 of 2009 in O.S.No.91 of 2005, dated 10.06.2014 on the file of the Court of District Munsif, Paramakudi, refusing to appoint a guardian for one Puspavalli, who is said to be insane.

2. It is alleged that the husband of Pushpavalli, namely Sundarajan Pillai, had specifically suppressed the mental health of Pushpavalli, who is said to be insane and represented her during the trial. Therefore, an application was taken out by one Santhana Krishnan, who is the third party to the suit, for appointing one S. Kumaresan, who is the son of Pushpavalli to be her guardian. The said application was dismissed by the learned District Munsif, Paramakudi, on 10.06.2014 as the petitioner had not produced any document to prove about mental health of the said Pushpavalli. Aggrieved by the same, this Civil Revision Petition is filed by the revision petitioner.

3. Now it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said Pushpavalli died on 28.02.2015. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
