The petitioner is the respondent before the Family Court, Madurai in O.P.No.91 of 2019 filed by the respondent herein under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the proceedings.

2. Since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed after dispensing with the notice to the respondent. The Family Court, Madurai shall endeavour to dispose of the O.P.No.91 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
