O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.602 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent, within a period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the First Information Report, this Court cannot direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, it is seen that the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2011. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation in Crime No.602 of 2011 and either file a closure report or a charge sheet, as the case may be.
