This Criminal Original Petition has been filed not to harass the petitioner and his family members under guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that, the wife of the petitioner has given a complaint. However, after holding the enquiry, the complaint itself was closed. Hence, he submitted that the present Criminal Original Petition is not necessary.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
