This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.823 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.823 of 2010 was completed and the case has been closed as "Mistake of Fact as early as on 08.10.2013. In fact, learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam has served notice to the defacto complainant by 06.11.2013.
