It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.39 of 2014 within a period to be fixed by this Court.

Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.39 of 2014.
