KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.965 of 2024 dated 23.01.2024.

2. The main contention of the petitioner is that the jewels of the defacto complainant have not been returned by the respondents 1 and 2/accused. Therefore, the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2 has to be cancelled.

3. The very same objection has been raised during the course of arguments in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.965 of 2024. After considering the said objection and also considering the relationship of the parties, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the accused/respondents 1 and 2. Therefore, there is no reason to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.965 of 2024 dated 23.01.2024.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. sd/- 27/06/2024 / TRUE COPY / /07/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.I /II /III /IV ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
