This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and her mother Koodamal within a specified time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.108 of 2024 has been registered against the private respondents herein for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 447, 354, 382, 424, 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, no further direction is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
