ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for her wilful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 6465 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, the petitioner has decided not to pursue this application, for her personal reasons. Hence, the petitioner consequently does not wish to pursue the contempt petition.
