ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2018 in respect of granting permission and necessary protection to conduct "Adal Padal" programme on 10.07.2018 from 7.00 p.m., to 10.30 p.m., at Punitha https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Anthoniyar Thirukovil Temple festival situated at K.Puthuvayal Village, Manalur Post, manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation on 28.06.2018, to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme on 10.07.2018 and approached this Court only on 10.07.2018, on the day of function. Therefore, this Court cannot grant any relief to the petitioner. However, this order will not stand in the way of respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
