ORDER

The Plaintiff is the revision Petitioner, who had filed a suit before the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli in O.S.No.543 of 2009 which was subsequently transferred to the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli and renumbered as O.S.No.129 of 2013. The suit is filed challenging the appointment and consecreation of the Bishop of Tirunelveli Diocese, who is now holding charge. The suit has been pending from the year 2009 and several interlocutory applications have been filed, some of which are disposed of and some of which are pending, which is seen from the extract of "B" Diary.

2.According to the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the term of the Bishop itself become over and within that time, the suit has to be disposed of. Hence the learned counsel prayed for a direction to the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli for speedy disposal of the suit.

3.In view of the request made, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose of O.S.No.129 of 2013 on or before 30.09.2015.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
