Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's jewels were pledged for availing the loan in the year 2017. The petitioner failed to clear the liability in full. Therefore, the pledged items have been brought for auction. At this stage, the petitioner challenges the auction notice. I am of the view that no ground has been made out for interference.
