Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is exempted from the payment of Court fee of Rs.4,273/- in CMA(MD)SR.No.8854 of 2026 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioner receives any part of the amount, that has been awarded as compensation to the petitioner / claimant in M.C.O.P.No.828 of 2022.
