The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that while searching an accused involved in a case under Section 302 I.P.C, a summon was issued to the petitioners and the same has been projected as if the respondent police have been harassed the petitioners. He further submits that final report has also been filed and therefore, there is no necessity for the petitioners for any enquiry and they are not harassing the petitioners.
