Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register the patta in petitioner's name in respect of the property in SF.No.45/9 situates in Nilaiyur 1st Bit Village, Thiruparangundram Taluk, Madurai District by cancelling the patta wrongly entered in the name of third respondent within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned representation dated 19.11.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final orders.

2.It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
