To call for the records pertaining to the order conviction in Crl.A.No.30 of 2022 dt.20.10.2022 passed by the Learned III Addl.Dist and Sess.Judge.Thanjavur at Pattukottai in confirming the order passed by the Learned J.M.,Pattukottai. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHENDRAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15109 of 2022 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.1213 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 19.12.2022 till today, without fail.

4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
