This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to direct the Learned Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar to accept the surrender of the Petitioner's minor son namely Periyasamy and consider his bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Crime No.85 of 2016 dated 20.06.2016 on the file of the Respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed and in that charge sheet, the petitioner/A4's name was deleted, which was shown from the letter of the Inspector of Police, Aviyoor Police Station, Virudhunagar District. He has produced the copy of the said letter.

3. In view of the said submission, there is no need to pass orders in this direction petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
