O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent wherein the technical bid of the writ petitioner has been rejected.

2. A perusal of the impugned order reveals that it is an abstract of the rejection which does not disclose any proper reasons for the rejection of the technical bid of the writ petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent pointed out that the certificates from the concerned dealers or the lift operating authorities have not been enclosed by the writ petitioner as mandated in the tender conditions.

4. Since reasons have not been assigned in the impugned order, the respondent is directed to issue a reasoned order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to enable him to challenge the same, if he is so advised.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
