ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 30.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 506(i), 507, 509 IPC and Section 67(B)(b) of Information Technology Act and Sections 11 and 12 of POCSO Act in Cr.No.19 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner took the photo of the defacto complainant's daughter and uploaded the photo along with family members in the facebook with the allegation that they have arranged child marriage for their daughter.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a false complaint stands lodged against the petitioner.

4. Heard learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on the above submission.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 06/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
