This petition has been filed by the petitioners to call for the records in Crime No.138 of 2016 dated 15.10.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file and numbered as P.R.C.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sattankulam.

3. Since in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file by the learned Magistrate concerned, this Criminal Original Petition is not at all maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
