J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Challenge in this writ appeal is to the direction issued by the Writ Court requiring the appellants to pay minimum wages to the first respondent / writ petitioner.

2. The issue is, in fact, covered by the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD) Nos.991 to 993 of 2021, dated 06.07.2021, wherein a similar claim of the appellants has been rejected. In view of the

same, we do not see any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Writ Court. Hence, the writ appeal fails and it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [R.S.M., J.] [L.V.G., J.] 02.06.2023 NCC :
