This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2026 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner intending to sell his share of the property in S.No. 92/4 to one Meena, presented the sale deed for registration before the Sub-Registrar, Manachanallur, which came to be refused for getting "no objection" from the respondent herein. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the respondent on 31.01.2026. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner 2/5

would be considered by the respondent in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2026 and pass orders within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
