: Respondents in both the Writ Appeals COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the impugned order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.Nos.15 and 5 of 2019, dated 04.01.2019 and the order in C.No.11/03/26/2018 CCA East, dated 13.08.2018 passed by the second respondent and quash the same illegal and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to complete the full tenure of four years in Custom House, Tuticorin, respectively.
