This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of return passed in OS No.Unnumbered / 2023 CNR No.TNMD190001522023, dated 02-12-2023 on the file of the District Munsif of Vadipatti.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the matter has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
