..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Check Slip vide Na.No.12 of 2018, dated 10.1.2018 issued by the respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondent to register the sale deed on the basis of the enclosed documents presented by the Petitioner in respect of the properties comprised in Ayan Punja Survey No.133, to an extent of 3 acres and 50 cents Survey No.358 to an extent of 11 acres 50 cents situated at Kaliyavoor Village, Srivaikundram Taluk, Palayamkkottai Registration District.
