ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners to vacate their house. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the son of the petitioners 1 and 2 is required for enquiry in a case registered in Crime No.149 of 2016 and only on account of that, the petitioners are asked to appear before the respondent police.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the son of the petitioners 1 and 2 has already surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate, No.IV, Palayamkottai and therefore, presence of the petitioners is not required before the respondent and the petitioners will not be called upon to vacate their house.
