ORDER

The Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to secure the accused in Crime No.61 of 2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)would submit that the accused persons have got anticipatory bail. That apart the respondent police have completed investigation and finger print expert report is only awaited.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to file final report in this case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
