ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to take proper investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.268 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent within a time limit.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions,would submit that the 3rd respondent police has already conducted the enquiry and closed the case in Crime No.268 of 2016 as 'mistake of fact' and the RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, however, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(AS) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai-23.
