ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.610 of 2014 in O.S.No.50 of 2009 on the file of I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli allowing the impleadment petition taken out by the defendants 1 to 5.

2. The proposed party is an advocate and power of attorney of the defendants 1 to 5. He was proposed to be impleaded as one of the defendants to the suit which was allowed and the revision petitioner who is the seventh defendant has challenged the same by filing this revision.

3. Mr.Veerakathiravan, who appeared for the petitioner concedes that he would not oppose the impleadment and only seeks a direction from this Court for the speedy disposal of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of O.S.NO.50 of 2009 before the end of December 2015.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
